1. Scope

These policies apply to all accounting consulting services contracted with Suma Nachiri. Their purpose is to establish clear and fair rules for the resolution of disputes and refund requests.


2. Disputes

  • Communication channels: Any claim or dispute must be submitted in writing to the company’s official email within 7 business days from the delivery of the service.
  • Review process: Once the claim is received, the company will review the case within 10 business days and may request additional documentation or evidence from the client.
  • Resolution: A fair solution will be proposed, which may include:
    • Corrections or adjustments to the delivered work.
    • Additional services at no cost (if the error is attributable to the company).
    • Partial refund, as applicable.

3. Refunds

  • Services already rendered: No refunds will be issued for consulting hours or services already provided, as they represent professional and specialized time.
  • Services not rendered: The client may request a full refund if they decide to cancel the service before it begins.
  • Partially rendered services: In case of cancellation during the process, a proportional refund will be issued for the remaining work, deducting the time already invested.
  • Errors attributable to the company: If a significant error by the consultant is demonstrated that affects the quality or usefulness of the service, the client may choose between:
    • Free correction.
    • Proportional partial refund.

4. Exclusions

Refunds will not apply in the following cases:

  • Client expectations that differ from what was contractually agreed in writing.
  • Errors resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or late information provided by the client.
  • Delays caused by lack of response or documentation from the client.
